Zipline Day Trip
Calvary High School Students will be taking a day trip to Flagstaff to go to Flagstaff Extreme Adventure for their Zipline course. This will be a day trip and transportation will be provided. Space is limited, so please get registered early.
DATE
The trip will be on Tuesday, October 8th. We will leave the McCulloch Campus at 8am, and be back around 7pm that night.
COST
The cost for the trip will be $50 per student. Students will need to bring money for lunch. The $50 for the ticket can be turned in via check or cash when attending event.
FORMS
You will need to complete a medical release form for each student you are sending. You can download that form here: Permission Slip
