WE KNOW YOU WANT YOUR KIDS TO GROW UP:

  • MAKING WISER CHOICES

  • BUILDING STRONGER RELATIONSHIPS

  • DEVELOPING A DEEPER FAITH

We want to partner with you in ACCOMPLISHing THIS—we do it THROUGH offering AGE-APPROPRIATE LESSONS, FUN GAMES, ENGAGING VIDEOS, AND SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONS each weekend, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE DO THIS BY EQUIPPING YOU TO BE THE MAIN DISCIPLER OF YOUR CHILD

Frequently Asked Questions:

WE ARE NEW, WHAT DO WE DO?

Visiting Calvary for the first time? On your first visit, look for the Kids Check-In area. You’ll be greeted by smiling volunteers eager to meet your family. We’ll be there every step of the way to get your kids checked in. Because we value safety, we’ll need some information during this check-in time, including: family member’s name, child’s name and birthday, home address, email address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc.)

WHAT IS THE CHECK IN / CHECK OUT PROCESS?

At check in, you will receive a name tag, including their room assignment AND check-out voucher. You will dropoff your child to their age appropriate rooms where our dedicated and loving staff will facilitate playing, singing, and growing in Jesus! Hold on to your check-out voucher until pick-up time!

Please note: for the safety of our children, please do not bring any toys or snacks from home.

WHO ARE THE VOLUNTEERS WORKING WITH MY CHILD?

Because we take your child's safety seriously, all staff and volunteers at Calvary are given background checks and scanned through a national security database. In addition, they are given excellent training prior to working with the children. If you would like more information about this process, and what specific safeguards we have, please contact us.

What is your sick child policy?

For the health, safety, and respect of the children in our church, if your child has a runny nose, cough, or fever, please do not bring them to the nursery or Calvary Kids program.

What if my child has special needs?

We welcome children with special needs. Our CK Buddies are volunteers trained to work one-on-one with the kids in their regular classroom--in both large and small group settings. Our McCulloch Campus also has a dedicated Special Nees Class for those that appreciate a much smaller class size. Please contact us for more information and to set up a buddy system for your child! You can contact us at kids@calvarylhc.com

What about my older children?
